How To Build Up Inc

Our second significant area of programming focused on digital conflict. This work focuses on analyzing online factors contributing to conflicts, with a special focus on social media, and then identifying programming or policy entry points to address them.

Build up held its 11th annual build peace conference in the philippines in 2024.

Build up led a consortium of local peacebuilders, re-imagining the optimal utilization of donor-supported implementation. We also concluded our peace engineering work.

Build up continued a multi-year partnership with search for common ground to grow the capabilities of global program and research teams to understand the digital manifestations of conflict through the use of appropriate social media listening tools and strategies. This also allowed us to continue to develop phoenix, build up's bespoke, open-source software for social media listening.
