Mission
To collect preserve and share the diverse history of all the peoples of Howard County MD This Howard County Historical Society provides access to materials that aid in historical exploration research and discovery for all ages and cultural groups

Operation and maintenance of the Archives and three museum facilities (Museum of Howard County History, Ellicott Mills Children Museum, and the Pue-Fulton Farm); including organ repairs, building upkeep, landscaping, utilities, security, and general upkeep.
This expense includes database tools and collections materials such as annual license fees for Ancestry.com, Past Perfect, Marriage License database and others. Supplies for office and museums such as paper, display plexi signs, restroom supplies, cleaning supplies and to ensure museums and archives are stocked and support mission activities Also includes sound equipment purchases for lunch lectures and other museum events.
