To serve the exclusive benefit of the colfax county school district no. 19-0070, commonly known as howells-dodge consolidated schools, an educational organization and political subdivision of the state of nebraska through the acquisition, construction, improvement, and equipping of educational facilities located within the school district's geographical boundaries, for the exclusive use of the school district, on behalf of the school district, and for the benefit of the public within the school district.
