Hsgs Foundation Inc

The foundation is to operate exclusively for the benefit of, to support the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of the humane society of greater savannah, inc. (hsgs), a georgia non-profit foundation determined to be a public charity by the irs, by assisting hsgs in fundraising, fund anagement, making grants, gifts, and other distributions to hsgs and by engaging in such other activities that may benefit or further the purposes of hsgs.
