Hudson headwaters health network has depended on the 340b program to fulfill its mission by maintaining crucial health care services and responding to the growing needs of our region. The 340b program financially supports critical services that meet the diverse needs of our communities, including preventive care, obstetrics and gynecology services, dental care, behavioral health support and more. The 340b program also helps the network to offer medication discounts, like rxassist, and financial assistance programs for eligible patients. In addition to maintaining and improving its current locations, the network has used the 340b program to expand services and open new locations; each site is built in response to the current and anticipated health care needs of the region. Together, new locations, expanded services and enhanced access ensure that people, at every stage and every age, have the resources they need to maintain and improve their health.
