Department of state - contract titled "development and administration of the foreign service officer test." scope: the intention is to develop, administer, maintain, refine, evaluate and validate a secure computer-based testing instruction known as the foreign service officer test (fsot), for identifying applicants with the greatest probability of success in the foreign service.

Continued development and implementation of the concep application and support of ongoing techncial needs, including application development, addressing support requests, and ensuring the renewal of the concep authorization to operate.
