End Toxic Prisons - This program aims to end or remove jails and prisons from toxic land, water & air pollution. Government often built prisons on toxic waste or near toxic refineries causing cancer & respiratory illnesses. We accomplished hiring 3 employees, educated community, had EPA test sites, created a documentary titled 'I Can't Breathe', & serve 90K people.
Media Campaign - Our podcast, the HYDRA, provides a news service of human rights related issues to the public. We provide an alternative news source from mainstream news outlets & report on news that's not reported on. We accomplished publishing THE MOVEMENT which is a powerful magazine that brings awareness to the public it represents the voices, faces, causes, and ideas of incarcerated people and their families.
