Organization formed for the advocacy, development, education and promoting positive, tolerant, and inclusive responses to human rights issues affecting the community, coordinating the efforts of community leaders and organizations in Spokane County, WA and adjacent communities. Our mission is to guard and advance human rights in order to create a region where all people feel welcomed, safe and valued.
