Hsc's 2-1-1 information and referral contact center supports individuals and organizations by providing comprehensive, up-to-date information for an array of community programs and services. The contact center: screens and schedules low-income tax preparation clients for select regional vita programs; screens and schedules for food pantry deliveries; participates in county-wide transportation planning efforts; and supports coordinated, unduplicated community initiatives by providing up-to-date program and service information.

The health planning council (hpc) is committed to improving community health through health planning and promotion, and operating programs to increase access to health care. By convening stakeholders across multiple sectors and providing a forum to exchange ideas, hpc drives collaboration and alignment among local, regional and state health system goals
