Mission

The HSDSC rescues abused, neglected, injured, abandoned or unclaimed stray cats. The felines are fully vetted, vaccinated, spayed or neutered and then permanent homes are found for these unwanted animals. We also reunite lost pets with their owners. Also, we alter and vaccinate stray cats via a low-cost voucher program. On a case by case basis, we assist unclaimed stray dogs with life saving veterinarian services.
