Humane Society Of Guernsey County Ohio

A small animal protection organization, staffed by volunteers. The organization provides a shelter for stray or homless cats, and occasionally other small animals. Investigates reports of domestic animal neglect, except for dogs, which is handled by the guernsey county sheriff. The mission is to help alleviate or prevent animal suffering. Other services include lower cost spay-neuter clinics for cat owners, help with veterinary care on a case by case basis, and information and education on animal care.
