To improve medical care in poor parts of the world by applying our resouces and expertise in medical imaging. To create lasting improvment by building the local quality and capacity for healthcare with a strict eye to assuring the improvements can be autonomously sustained. Build medical imaging capacity in poor countries by providing free equipment, free maintenance, free training, free clinical service development and free clinical image interpretation. All participants in the organization are volunteers not compensated for their work and recipients are non-profit hospitals and clinics.
