The mission of Humboldt Bay Rowing Association is to utilize its resources, including those of the Humboldt Bay, to provide for our local community, as well as for visitors to our area, the opportunity to participate in recreation and sport of rowing by providing the equipment, instructions for its use, and membership of the association/
