The corporation is organized to educate individuals and communities on leading a healthy and physically active life. To achieve this, the corporation is dedicated to providing health and physical education and resources, hands-on physical activity workshops, sports and other extracurricular activities for individuals of all ages that focus on mindfulness and self-care.
