To organize, operate and maintain programs for disadvantaged residents of the town of huntington in order to assist them to reach their full educational, occupational and economic potential, including a daytime senior day care center for the frail and elderly.b) to research and develop referral services for senior citizens, physically challenged and disadvantaged individuals with regards to issues which may have an impact on the quality of their lives.c) to encourage increased involvement in civic and social activities through cooperation and coordination of efforts with other public and private groups and organizations.
