Mission
To sponsor and/or support band activities which enhance the welfare and advancement of the Huntsville High School Band Program and assist the band, its students, its leaders and the school administration as requested. The Association shall also encourage parents and band students to take a more active part therein and provide a positive atmosphere for the students to grow and learn. The Association shall for this purpose sponsor fund raising projects in order to provide funding to the band program, and is authorized to assess monetary and band fees of band students to cover the cost of operation of the band program, which is not funded by the Huntsville City Schools.

Band Room Support provides resources to purchase, maintain, and issue uniforms for marching and concert seasons; funding instrument repair and replacement and other band supplies as needed; providing hospitality for various additional events as requested by the band director; paying for band directors' dues and travel for education and training. This activity is carried out by the band directors as well as association volunteers and students and benefits all of the members of the Huntsville High School Band program.
Concert season support provides resources to support Winter Band Camp; funding and setting up transportation for any outside concerts set up by the band director; supporting and funding any additional band activities; and Winter Guard competitions. This activity benefits all of the Color Guard and Concert band members of the Huntsville High School Band program.
