To promote good quality and affordable housing and to provide membership with educational programs and benefits to the building industry.
Programs

Parade of homes- the purpose is to highlight single family homes in a variety of price ranges and locations and to promote home ownership to the general public.
Fall home and garden show- the purpose is to offer an exhibition for the general public to attend and talk directly with subcontractors, suppliers, and builders regarding building or remodeling a home.
Other exempt purpose accomplishments include sub council support, various community builders events, and sponsorships that further the mission of the association.
