CREATIVE: The creative team of Hutchcraft Ministries (HM) exists to promote and support the mission and vision of HM through media and design. Warrior Leadership Summit (WLS): Created video highlights, virtual session recordings, brochures, website content, DVD's, and social media assets. Media was alsocreated toshowcase the leadership impact of On Eagles' Wings for donor engagement. Warrior Worship: Designed visual assets and produced music and lyric videos for the 2024 albumCourageous. Podcast -Go M.A.D. with Doug and Brad: Produced and distributed 15 podcast episodes in 2024, reaching over 4500 downloads,including internationally. The podcast promotes faith-based community impact. Your Hope Story: Finalized production of a small group video series designed to encourage personal faith sharing. Distribution and engagement efforts are ongoing. OEW Leadership Center: Developed progress reports, promotional videos, and photography to document and share updates with stakeholders and encourage similar initiatives. Responsible for recording video and audio for many of the classes that are taught during the year. President's Retreat: Provided technical and media support for the 2024 retreat, including video/audio recording, photography, and presentation design.

SPEAKING: There were numerous personal speaking events, including radio interviews, conferences, and churches, reaching thousands of individuals.

MOBILIZATION: HM seeks to capture all possible technologies to spread the Good News of Jesus around the world. HM uses multiple websites, including hutchcraft.com and oneagleswings.com to share the Gospel and to help others do the same. Through both terrestrial radio and the internet, countless are reached by a daily, five-minute radio feature that is heard on approximately 950 radio outlets in the North America. The radio program also airs around the world through multiple internet outlets including partnerships that translate the program into Mandarin, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, and Russian. Programs can be heard by radio, mobile devices, and shortwave. Outreach by Internet is continually expanding, as is the utilization of social media, smartphones, and YouTube, to rapidly spread the message of Christ. 123,169 visitors on HM websites from 227 countries. Approximately 950 North America outlets carrying daily AWWY radio broadcast. Approximately 16,450 total email subscribers to 9 different email lists.

PATH: The Path is a year-round reservation-based part of the On Eagles' Wings ministry strategy, located in Arizona. Throughout the year, the Native American-led team in Arizona hosts weekly events for local young people, provides leadership training, holds small group Bible studies, and does one-on-one discipleship and mentoring.
