Mission
Hyde park cats's purpose is to rescue homeless cats and kittens in and around chicago's hyde park neighborhood, to support and encourage the fostering and adoption of rescued cats and kittens in and around chicago's hyde park neighborhood and to prevent homeless cats and kittens from reproducing by implementing trap-neuter strategies with community members in and around chicago's hyde park neighborhood. Approximately 200 cats are adopted each year.
