Hydropower career expo a job fair designed to connect students and early-career professionals with employers across the hydropower sector. The event provides direct access to internships, job opportunities, and career insights through employer booths and professional networking.

Waterpower clubs- student-led organizations established at colleges and universities, technical and trade schools to build awareness of waterpower careers, technologies, and policy. These clubs foster peer learning, industry engagement, and hands-on experiences through events, guest speakers, and collaboration with professionals in the hydropower sector.

Think tank this is a concentrated program that offers students an opportunity for a hands-on experience working with industry on a real-life problem at a hydro facility in competitive teams. Students interact with industry members and, in addition, have the opportunity to learn more about hydropower through a 101 course, receive feedback on their resumes, and learn more about potential positions within industry companies.
