Iab privacy, inc. Supports the digital advertising industry's efforts to comply with privacy laws. It does so primarily through the iab multi-state privacy agreement (mspa) and the corresponding certified partner program. More than 1,300 companies have signed the mspa, which creates a common set of privacy terms to facilitate compliance with state privacy laws.
