Quarterly newsletter and other parish resident informational materials -all parish households and businesses receive an emergency preparedness newsletter every 3 months and a guidebook on emergency scenarios every 4 years.
Parish emergency/disaster preparation-refurbish, design, and stock an emergency preparedness trailer which could be used in various disaster situations for the parish to have ready and on hand to be used in emergency situations, if needed.
