Ican exists to serve developmentally disabled adults through social programs, employment support & recreational events.

Ican supported employmentsupported employment provides job search, placement and on the job coaching in minimum wage or above jobs & internships. Coaching is on a one to one basis. Funding is provided by the state of california and by local non-profit agencies.
Ican social programsican provides weekend activities and multi-day camps for our clients which are funded by clients, client families & donations. In 2023 local non-profit agencies began to fund ican camps and activities.
Ican marketplacecoffee cart and photobooth allowing clients entry level work opportunities.
