Icg foundation advances health equity by delivering compassionate, trans- affirming healthcare for lgbtq+ people; providing free hiv/sti testing, primary and mental-health services, and culturally responsive education; and creating clear pathways to coverage for the uninsured through direct insurance enrollment, premium assistance, and emergency funds. Guided by social-justice values, we pair clinical care with outreach, advocacy, and strategic partnerships so every individual can lead a healthy, self- determined life.
