The idaho sctp association inc was designed and developed to introduce school age youth in grades 12 and under to the clay target sports and to facilitate their continued involvement in the shooting sports. The purpose is to provide a positive and supportive program for assisting young athletes in their growth and development as they tread life's pathway towards becoming productive and contributing members of society.
