Mission
The purposes of the BEA shall be to promote the welfare and professional growth of the educators of Batavia; to encourage the active participation of all Batavia educators in the solution of educational and related problems; to cooperate with the Board of Education and the administration of School District 101 in providing a continuously improving school program for the community of Batavia; and to negotiate as sole agent for the educators of Batavia.
