Illinois High School Soccer Coaches Association

The organization was formed to include active high school boys and girls' coaches in the state of illinois, to provide a central focus and to unify and coordinate efforts of all agencies in furthering soccer and state interscholastic competition under the highest possible standards. The organization primarily establishes a series of meetings, clinics and rules interpretation sessions for the purpose of improving coaching techniques and the dissemination of materials.
