Illinois Industrial Energy Consumers

The illinois industrial energy consumers ("iiec") is an organization of energy intensive illinois industries and institutions which have joined forces to participate in utility regulatory and legislative matters on statewide and regional issues and to maintain an organization for montoring developments of interest to the members and educating them of same. The nature of the proper representation of a large energy user presence for illinois industries in matters involving electric, natural gas and water service operations has become such that a constant, informed and participating presence is required.
