Gateways to opportunity:gateways to opportunity is a comprehensive statewide program designed to meet the needs of childcare professionals in illinois by providing a network of resources in the areas of credentialing, career guidance, training, and professional development.

Birth to five illinois:birth to five illinois is a statewide regional infrastructure that works with the communities, amplifying their input in the development of illinois early childhood education & care policies and funding priorities.

Geer ii:the geer ii grant has been used to develop and implement an early childhood awareness and enrollment campaign that has statewide reach, as well as develop curriculum focused on screening and evaluation tools for the consultant workforce. The geer ii grant also funded a statewide initiative called birth to five illinois, which has created a community systems development infrastructure for early childhood education in illinois.
