Illinois Park And Recreation Association

Section events such as senior games, park pursuit, teen ski trip,and various educational meetings provide recreational and networking opportunities to the membership. These events were attended by over 500 participants and over 40 teams.

Education and conference - ipra hosts an annual education conference attended by over 4,200 attendees and exhibitors who participate in about 150 educational sessions. Ipra also conducts the professional development school which provides park and recreation professionals across illinois the opportunity to experience high quality education to gain the skills, knowledge base, and networking opportunities needed for personal development and career advancement.
