The illinois society of anesthesiologists is a professional organization dedicated to the safety of the patients of illinois and the advancement of the practice of anesthesiology. The society shall promote the safety and benefits derived from the services of a physician anesthesiologist or a physician anesthesiologist-led team working collaboratively with other health care providers. The society shall secure the future practice of anesthesiology in the state of illinois through advocacy, education, representation, and through its association with other like-minded societies and institutions.
