We develop leaders through serving others. We support every teammate in discovering their unique strengths, passion and place. Our service adventures build servant leaders. Each adventure is led students from the previous adventure. Coaches partner with students to build leadership skills and purpose. Inspiration and passion become the fuel for growth. We meet genuine needs by coming alongside partners already leading sustainable organizations. We meet their needs with heart, abilities and skills. We gain a broader vision and focus passion and purpose. We build people. We build teams. We build community.
