Child Sponsorship - Through child sponsorships Imani Milele Children, Inc. helps fund services that improve the lives of orphaned and vulnerable children in Uganda, Africa. Such services include education, healthcare, nutrition, hygiene, counseling, and spiritual nurturing. We believe that providing such services builds a better world for these children. We partner with the childrens families and communities to assist them in gaining access to education both formal and technical, healthcare, food, and clean water. Additionally, we work with them to overcome poverty by initiating self-sustaining projects.
