Capital activation - at impact charitable, we move more money, in more ways, to more people and places by focusing on impact-first investing. Our primary objective is to drive meaningful impact, balancing financial return and risk in service of this mission. While we anticipate financial returns from our funds, our true measure of success lies in the impact and outcomes of these investments.impact charitable works through integrated capital, providing both grants and investments, to catalyze positive change. We collaborate with investors who understand that traditional approaches alone are insufficient to achieve the just and equitable outcomes we seek. Our team, with deep expertise in both philanthropy and finance, works to move money directly into impactful organizations, making lasting change possible.our approach ensures that a significant portion of the funds under our management is actively working in communities, driving positive social change. Throughout the year, impact charitable facilitated the movement of significant capital through a variety of impactful programs and services including direct investments, program-related investments, philanthropic investment funds, and donor-advised funds. Through these services, impact charitable facilitated the movement of $7,340,176 of investments and 7,517,022 of grant funds in 2024. Our key areas of focus include supporting economic mobility, financial inclusion, ownership economy, and affordable housing among other impact themes. By leveraging catalytic capital, we are able to facilitate access to opportunities for historically marginalized communities and help close the capital gaps that persist in traditional financial systems.
Catalytic capital partners - catalytic capital partners llc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of impact charitable, was established to create significant efficiencies for impact funds and projects that are increasingly attracting a combination of private, philanthropic, government, and grant capital. This program leverages partners with deep experience in fund management, administration, and investment advisory services while engaging impact charitable's experience and expertise in philanthropic, impact-first investments, integrated capital funds, and flexible grantmaking capabilities. Impact charitable works with partners who share our history of bringing new tools and innovations to the impact investing ecosystem, and these new partnerships are constructed to connect more capital with the community in funding that is structured to create the most impact.catalytic capital partners llc is dedicated to breaking down traditional barriers to capital access, ensuring that funds are not just managed but actively working in communities to drive systemic change.
