The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including for such purposes, fostering amateur sports competition and supporting and developing amateur athletes for that competition, and the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section(s) of any and all future federal tax codes(s).
