Mission
The purpose of the organization is to help preserve and improve the education of the students under the jurisdiction of the Imperial County Office of Education and to support the educational endeavors and program of the Imperial County Office of Education by raising funds to be given to such programs as determined by this Foundation to benefit students in Imperial County and by providing programs to enhance students' education.

Miscellanous other program expenses
The Foundation for Education sponsored a student to attend the National Scripps Spelling Bee. The regional champion and a parent were sponsored to attend the competition in Washington D.C.
