Imperial County Sheriffs Cadets Post 4500

The explorer program is designed for young men and women between the ages of 14 to 20 years of age who are interested in exploring a career in law enforsement. The post is chartered through, and a member of boy scouts of america and sponsored by the imperial county sheriffs office. The explorer post trains in all aspects of law enforsement from jail visitation, communications, to crime scene investigation, crime prevention, and patrol procedures.they compete in various explorer competitions in aclifornia and arizona, as well as camping in the mountains and desert and taking on the challenge of confidence building corses.
