A variety of training and educational classes and seminars are offered to members, locally as well as throughout the state and nationally. The goal is to help the realtors gain the knowledge and expertise necessary to best serve their clients.they are provided opportunities to increase their knowledge of the real estate market trends.

Real estate products, such as signs, sentrilock boxes and branded realtor clothing are offered for sale or rent to the members. This is provided as a convenience to the realtors so that the process of showing and selling houses is made easier. This is part of their multiple listing services.

Traditionally, each year, the association sponsors a community event to raise funds for the benefit of a local charity. This year the association raised funds and donated the funds to the betty jo mcneece receiving home, casa, and the humane society of imperial valley.
