Programs
2 programs
Mainstage Programming- HOBT CREATES, PRODUCES AND PERFORMS ORIGINAL WORKS BY STAFF, CONTRACTED ARTISTS, AND GUEST ARTISTS. During the spring, HOBT premiered "Phantom Loss," Oanh Vu's deeply powerful tale of generational trauma and healing, told with humor and heart. We also hosted the Heartwood Trio's "The Well Tree," an all ages musical, beautifully illustrated through a crankie by artist Jennifer Jones. In all, we had 8 mainstage performances.
Educational Programming- HOBT shares the power of puppetry through education. We continue to be a strong offering for educational programing to the Twin Cities. During FY 2024, We held 13 artist residencies in schools, libraries and community centers. Over 750 students were served by those residencies.
