Mission
ITS is dedicated to interrupting generational trauma by offering high quality yoga classes, therapeutic mentorship, case mgmt, support groups & advocacy in the form of sexual abuse prevention program via a mixed income model of care that encourages the sharing of social capital.
Programs

ITS provided individual weekly therapeutic mentorship with a licensed psychologist to six individuals and sessions as needed to 40 participants. Support groups run by licensed clinical social workers and psychologists included a two New Moms parenting groups and two LGBTQ POC 2 generational groups.
Educational Talks (Podcast, Talk to university service-learning students, talks to individuals who requested support in generational trauma work, individual talks about physical health to participants).
ITS recruited University volunteers, trained volunteers then managed and supported volunteers in peer mentorship, forging community partnerships and advocacy around sexual abuse prevention.
Fundraising - finding, writing and submitting grants.
Administration of organization- payroll, compliance, taxes, finances, office management.
