Changing hearts and minds. Leveraging obstacles. Unlocking potential. This is accomplished through several dynamic programs focused in the areas of education, employment, and independence.

Programs

3 programs

The education program reaches educators and students in high school to encourage higher education, employment, and independence. Incight's curriculum, multimedia tools, and events helped hundreds of students make the transition beyond high school to higher education, employment, and independent living. A total of 30 college students with disabilities received incight scholarships.

Expenses: $122K

The independence program encouraging individuals with barriers to self- advocate, unlock their potential, and live a full life. Incight's independence programs include the understanding magazine, activate, and the hall of fame. Activate is a one-stop shop for motivational, educational, and inspirational trainings geared to change culture and reduce barriers. The understanding is a quarterly publication geared toward pushing positive perspectives. Approximately 350 were served.
