Subgrants - iai sub-granted to partner organizations pursuing abundance-oriented work in washington, d.c., and across the country.

Community and events - iai hosted and co-hosted many events to meet its mission of building and convening the abundance community. Iai hosted or co-hosted 3 conferences, including the abundance 2024 conference, which brought together over 275 attendees featuring an ideologically inclusive roster with dozens of expert speakers across 15 panels. Iai also held smaller, more selective events to meet the same mission. These included 4 community happy hours in new york city and washington, d.c., 3 ideas dinners connecting business leaders to partner organizations, and a variety of online conversations with issue experts.

Communications - iai put intention into branding the organization and communicating its purpose, since it was launched in 2024. Iai built a website, which includes a library of abundance-in-action research and sections featuring abundance innovators and institutional partners. Iai was also covered in 5 different news articles over the year, joined two podcasts, and spoke at three conferences independent of the ones hosted.
