To provide development and skills training for women and youth while enabling an inclusive environment with discussion involving changes to laws, policies, practices, and norms that have historically limited womens potential.

The mentorship program provides mentoring and guidance for any female of all ages. The goal for the mentors and mentees is to fully capitalize on the opportunity and ability to connect, communicate, and collaborate with more women and leaders in the community
