Mission
Our mission is to provide a key role in advancing self-directed supports in wisconsin. We provide a framework to bring together existing good practices, to introduce new ways of working and to support everyone involved in meeting the challenges.
Programs

We work with the wisconsin board for people with developmental disabilities to provide education and outreach that will advance self-directed support and community employment for people with disabilities in wisconsin's long-term care system. We develop trainings, strategies, and resources on individualizing services for people with developmental disabilities.
We operate the online communities of the employment network and the self- determination network to provide wisconsin's only communities that are focused on self-determination and employment to further empower individuals.
