The object of Conferences is to provide education information training and networking opportunities for independent insurance agents. the following conferences were held in 2024: Annual conference with approximately 420 attendees; Spring conference with approximately 300 attendees; and Fall conference Young Agents was canceled due to storms; Womens conference with approximately 103 attendees.

Publications include monthly newsletters to membership about insurance industry practices benefits and services the Association provides along with various local national legislative updates. Monthly newsletters = 1125 emails per issue 24 issues. Quarterly magazines provide the membership focused on feature articles relative to the insurance industry along with local national legislative updates. Quarterly magazines = 2245 magazines mailed per 4 issues; 1866 emails sent per 4 issues. Legislative updates during legislative sessions = 1 issue 1125 emails. A Market Guide Publication is provided annually = 200 distributed. Other communications to membership: 7 emails related to benefits and services 6926 recipients; 28 emails related to events 50115 recipients; 23 emails related to education. 28262 recipients; 2 emails related to industry 2984 recipients; 1 email related to other items 1226 recipients.

Governmental affairs: consists of providing members access to national marketing and advertising including Trusted Choice products. Also provides members information on effects of new regulations in the industry.
