Provide information & assistive equipment & services to enable physically challenged persons to live independently in their own homes. Provide transportation services; teach care skills such as cooking and housekeeping; provide peer support through meetings; provide social activities such as bingo; administer personal care attendant program. Working through transition, drivers education, and other projects to assist clients to live productive independent lives. The number of clients served in the fiscal year was 400.
