Independent Living Resource Center

Independent living: nursing home transition and youth transition into the community: provided services to consumers to encourage and empower persons with disabilities to live as independently as possible. Services provided include information and referral, peer counseling, independent living skills training, and individual and community advocacy.

Technical services: administered funds to consumers for the purchase of goods and services in order for them to live as independently as possible.
