Quarterly magazines that describe activites of clubs, chapters, and the national office, as well as activities of the 2 affiliated foundations, are printed and distributed to all members. Occasional newsletters are also distributed to all members.

At annual assembly clubs and chapters are recognized for their support of community activities and the local telephone companies. The periodical newsletter keeps members informed of the club and chapter activities. Members periodically visit the hinesville national office to work on the historical museum displays. Individual members contribute items of historical significance for the museum.
