The mission of ICRF is to inform, encourage, and empower individuals to pursue a career in the construction industry and related fields, which will lead to a more sustainable workforce.

ICRF youth programming build your future supports students across the state in a variety of ways ranging from construction clubs to educating students about construction career opportunities to participating in career fairs to supporting work-based learning. Efforts are also directed toward supporting construction educators state of Indiana 2 year grant.
