Carrier contract negotiation: ineca members' networks are connected to other telecommunication carrier networks. Ineca serves as a single point of contact to negotiate and develop the terms for the interconnection of its members and others.

Legislative: ineca monitors the progress of legislation affecting its members, develops an ineca position in consultation with the members and advocates with legislators.

Meetings and communications: ineca will conduct an annual membership meeting, educational seminars as needed and provide communication of industry issues by periodic newsletters, e-mails and telephone calls.
